Mayor To Address Chamber

The Goderich and District Chamber of Commerce is once again preparing for their annual Mayor's Vision Address.

CEO Judy Crawford says it will be an interesting afternoon on Wednesday as this is an election year and Mayor Deb Shewfelt as well as Deputy Mayor John Grace will have a chance to speak.

Crawford says they'll talk about their vision and what they hope to accomplish in 2010.

She says Chamber Chair Laura Herman will also have a chance to speak.

Crawford says it all takes place at the Maitland Dining Lounge and costs 20 dollars for members and 25 for non-members.

As well this year, Crawford says they've had an intern working on an inventory of all the available industrial and commercial land in Goderich.

She says there will be a presentation for people to see just how much is open in the town.
